We work closely with our patients in order to find the right options that fit their individual needs to achieve their treatment goals. We believe in listening as much as we talk. Patient education is very important to us and we provide information in plain language as we walk through the treatment plan. Our doctors are board certified internal medicine and primary care physicians, specializing in the care of adults. We also have a certified wound care specialist physician provider.

Our office is conveniently located to provide care for those in the Tempe, Ahwatukee, Chandler and Gilbert areas. From the Chandler boulevard exit, we are 2 miles east from the Interstate 10 and 3 miles west from the AZ 101 ; From AZ 202, we are 1 mile north from the Kyrene exit.

Dr Arojojoye is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Hospice and palliative medicine and is also a certified wound specialist physician. He is a graduate of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. He did his residency at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. He has been a Hospitalist/Attending physician in the valley for over 12 years at several facilities. He has been the wound care physician provider at North Mountain Medical Rehabilitation center for over 10 years, supervising the wound care team. The facility has consistently maintained the highest level of wound healing rates in the state. He enjoys biking, travelling and reading.
Dr Abdul-Azeez is Board certified in Internal Medicine. She is a graduate of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She did her residency training at Maricopa Medical Center, Phoenix. She strongly believes in the continuity of patient care that a traditional practice provides. She enjoys poetry, reading, traveling and tobogganing.
